All products sold by Prototides are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not intended for:

• Human or veterinary consumption
• Therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical use
• Use as a drug, food, cosmetic, or dietary supplement
• Any use in violation of applicable laws or regulations

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or institutional professional acquiring materials for lawful research purposes
• You are authorized to purchase and handle research-grade chemical materials under applicable federal, state, and local laws
• You will use the products solely for lawful in-vitro research and will not use them in any manner inconsistent with their research-use-only designation

Prototides reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received and processed. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected misuse. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

We accept Cash App and Venmo. Full payment is required at the time of order, and your order is not confirmed until payment is received and matched. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Prototides is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. See our Refund Policy for the full process and eligibility criteria.

Products are provided “as is” for research use only. Prototides makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for any particular research purpose beyond the documented analytical specifications. Purity and identity are warranted per the lot-specific COA.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prototides and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the purchase, use, or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or placement of new orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
