All Prototides compounds are manufactured to ≥99% purity as confirmed by reverse-phase HPLC (RP-HPLC). Identity is confirmed by LC-MS. Every batch is independently verified by a third-party analytical laboratory before release.

A Certificate of Analysis records the analytical results for a specific lot — identity, purity, the methods used, and lot data. Read each result alongside its method, and match the lot number on the COA to the one on your vial. See our guide to Certificates of Analysis and an annotated worked example.

Purity (by RP-HPLC) describes what fraction of the peptide present is the target sequence; net peptide content describes what fraction of the total sample mass is peptide at all, the balance being associated water and counterions. They are different metrics, and a thorough COA reports both — see net peptide content vs total mass and what 99% purity means.

An independent third-party report is analytical testing by a laboratory separate from the supplier, reviewed alongside our in-house COA. Prototides uses Kovera Labs and BTLabs for independent confirmatory testing, retained with the lot. More in independent third-party verification.

Materials are held and dispatched as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder under temperature-conscious, light-protected conditions. On arrival, lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20 °C (or -80 °C for long-term storage), protected from light and moisture. Do not reconstitute until ready to use. Refer to the storage notes on each product page for compound-specific guidance.

Freeze-drying removes water to yield a dry, stable solid that ships and stores reliably and corresponds to the values on the Certificate of Analysis. It is reconstituted with an appropriate solvent only when needed. See lyophilization explained.

Reconstituted solutions are commonly divided into single-use aliquots and kept cold to limit repeated freeze–thaw cycles. Solvent, concentration, and storage of any prepared solution are determined by the researcher according to the protocol. See laboratory handling protocols and cold-chain storage.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. All compounds ship as lyophilized powder in sealed vials, packaged to maintain integrity during transit. Your confirmation page — linked after checkout — shows live order and payment status; bookmark it or keep your reference number (it looks like PT-XXXXXXXX-XXX). A confirmation and tracking number are also sent to your email once your order is dispatched. We accept crypto, Cash App, and Venmo. Payment is completed securely at checkout — include your email in the payment note so we can match it to your order. We do not store payment credentials on our servers.

Prototides ships exclusively within the 50 United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, and orders placed from outside the United States will not be fulfilled. We may expand our shipping regions in the future.
